Terms of Service

By using ShrikantAI ("the Service") a Business agrees to these terms.

The Service

ShrikantAI provides order management, billing, customer messaging and related tools for laundry and dry-cleaning businesses. Features may change over time.

Accounts and access

The Business is responsible for its staff accounts, for keeping passwords and two-factor codes safe, and for everything done under its accounts. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscription and expiry

Access is provided for the plan period agreed with the Business (a trial period or a paid term). When the plan period ends, sign-in and automated messaging stop until the plan is renewed. Business data is kept and becomes available again on renewal. Fees, once agreed, are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Send WhatsApp, SMS or email messages only to customers who have given permission, and honour opt-outs (for example a reply of STOP).
• Follow WhatsApp Business and Meta policies for any messaging sent through the Service.
• Do not attempt to access another Business's data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Business data

The Business owns its data. We use it only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Business is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for having the right to share its customers' details with the Service.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp) and Razorpay. We are not responsible for their outages, charges or policy changes.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Business for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse. The Business may stop using the Service at any time and may ask for its data to be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
